I’m sure I’ve mentioned this a time or two before, but I am a foodie. Really. A HUGE foodie. So needless to say I am absolutely in love with the food truck wedding trend! Let’s think about this. An entire evening of happiness, fun, dancing, drinking and then what? Many couples are now sending their guests home with a midnight snack. Drinking and dancing is sure to make anyone’s stomach crave a little snack. I say why not bring them an even better option? How about having a food truck show up right as your guests are exiting the wedding? A perfect way to end the night and something your guests are sure to talk about!
