Thomas Fogarty Winery Wedding: Amie + Scott

This Thomas Fogarty Winery Wedding is tucked up high in the mountains with a sunset marked by the rolling San Francisco fog in the distance. I am loving all the rustic details of the birch stands to the lovely bark escort cards. How sweet is the first look between the bride and groom? One special touch to this wedding was Amie specifically had the officiant request that all phones be turned off and no photos taken so that guests could be present and enjoy the moment with them. Thanks to  Marcella Treybig Photography for these wonderful photos!

From the bride: You know how most brides get the “feeling” the moment they try on the perfect wedding gown? That’s the feeling I had the moment I set foot on the grounds of Thomas Fogarty Winery. With a view that stretches from the San Francisco Bay all the through the Silicon Valley, plus gorgeous views of the lush vineyards, I knew this was the place where I wanted to say ” I Do.”  We did not want our decor to take away from the remarkable views, so we played on the venue’s rustic charm when choosing flowers, bridesmaids dresses and table settings. Because we were on a budget, details like invitations, aisle flowers, menus, programs, escort cards, table numbers, cupcake stands, and even the flower girl’s tutu were made by hand. We incorporated my husband’s favorite color, green, and my love of leopard to add a little more personal flair. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day spent with family and friends.
