Do you do any type of background check on the sellers?
Unfortunately, there is no way to 100% verify a seller is actually selling the item they listed. I ask all sellers to sign an agreement stating they are, but it is on the honor code. It is always VERY important as a buyer to ask the right questions and only use secure payment options.
What form of payment do you suggest buyer’s use?
- Escrow.com works like a traditional escrow service acting as an intermediary, creating a secure transaction for both buyer and seller. This is the only service I recommend to my buyers.
- Paypal is another online payment option, but unfortunately they don’t offer any type of insurance or guarantee on the transaction like escrow.com.
- NEVER pay with a check, wired money, money order, or cashiers check.
What do you suggest for shipping methods?
Make sure items are shipped with a tracking number for the package. This will verify the shipment from the seller as well as when the buyer receives the package.
