Top 4 Reasons to Have Your Wedding at a Museum
Have you considered a museum for your wedding venue? If you haven't today's topic is the top 4 reasons a museum venue should be on your list of places to check out. One of our preferred venues, the Nevada Museum of Art, is amazing and has hosted tons of gorgeous weddings over the years. UNIQUE SETTING
The best part about museums is they always have rotating displays of art. Chances are, you will never see the same wedding twice at a museum. Depending on the rotation of displays, you could perfectly coordinate your big day to go along with exhibitions. For example this Van Gogh themed styled wedding would go perfectly with Van Gogh's masterpieces on display!

VARIETY OF SPACES
Luckily, many museums have both outdoor and indoor spaces. From sculpture gardens to sculpture rooftops, they can offer a fun variety to your ceremony. Have your guests witness you say your "I do's" in these outdoor areas, and move your reception inside for a fun twist to your big day.

PHOTOGRAPHY
My favorite aspect about a museum is by far the photography opportunities. Displays of art give you such a great backdrops for modern and dramatic images. Many times these museum building have been designed as pieces of artwork themselves, providing a multitude of backgrounds and textures to incorporate in your photos. For instance, the Nevada Museum of Art was designed award winning architect Will Bruder and inspired by the Black Rock Desert, igniting tons of creativity for those images!
